I'm female, weigh around 145 lbs now. To be honest, I don't want to lose so much weight, I want to tone my thighs/hips/stomach so that it isn't as squishy, so to speak. Is there anything I can do to make my body look fit but still maintain my curves? I don't want to lose my hourglass shape but at the same time I'm too self-conscious to wear a bathing suit. :/ I want to run but I'm nervous..
Any tips/ideas would be greatly appreciated! |

Have you got a healthy eating plan? |

i eat pretty well for a college student... i mean, there's room for improvement, but as far as being an amateur goes, i think i do well. |
