UGH XD you seem to do too much for me..you've probably burnt out all the

gym 3x week with 30 min 8.5 km/h and 10 km/h alternate and variations below and above.. not really counting so always different and a bit of other stuff, not much tho.
2x class lessons ^^;
aerobics, step, blabla..ish. also depends
and run 2x week outside 5k early morning in park which is v uneven ups and downs.
and walk a lot everywhere.
usually 1200 kcal but when exercise above 1h or v intense, I up it to 1500 kcal. btw less than 1200 kcal is a no no because u must not go under BMR
been loosing steadily 1-2 lbs a week without effort. even had pizza cheesy crust, fries, bolognese and waffle all in one week and still no prob. I dont care if I loose only 100g a week.. but always loose more lol
