hello... im a new member in your community and as far as i have seen you are doing a great job all of you...bravooo!!

i just dont know how to start here..... but i DO know one thing..

i need your support 'cause as i have already realised you have the greatest way to boost one's self - esteem and willpower in this haaard "job" we all crave to accomplish

(sorry if my english is inappropriate,its a foreign language to me as i come from greece)


this is the first day of my strungle..wish me luck..

why dont you start a diary in the diary section? we need to know what your habits are and what kind of diet and exercise your doing so we can help you along.

Welcome aboard Luna...
I am half Greek myself and trust me I know the temptations of the baklava and grape leaves I know you can do it trust me its not that hard once you get started there is no turning back.. I have many temptations since my Husband does not diet and wants to eat all the great tasting foods we love so much, but I hold back and reward myself when I have lost at least 2 pounds...Just change you eating habits and start exercising and trust me you will see a change.. I just had a baby boy 6 months ago and I am trying really hard to lose weight before I go back home in June and since I have joined here I have really felt alot of support as you mentioned.. The people here are real motivators and there are alot of challenges that you can get in on.. Join our April challenge, believe me you will do awesome.. If you need a diet buddy just let me know I am always ready for challenges... So far I have lost 9 pounds and I want to lose 12 before the end of this month but I dont think I will reach 12 but whatever I will do I will be happy with the result and myself.. Start walking its the best thing for weight loss.. Good Luck!!

i want to thank all of you for your support and the ideas that you gave me - they were really really good!

i feel quite inspired and positive that ill find finally what works for me..
