Ok i started in jaunary in this year at 310 and now im at 269 i really dont see a big differnce but anyways, i eat a good diet and do cardio sometimes and weight traning. The qustion is lets say i go down to 220 or even 200 which makes it a 100 pound loss will i have loose skin in my stomach since thats where mainily all the fat is????? Or no?
