Hi,
I am mother of 2 kids, first one 2 1/2 yrs and second one is just 7 months old. I need tremendous amount of
energy all day to tackle both full time. I weigh 150 LB (I use to weight 125-130Lb before my 1st pregnancy). My
goal is to lose at least 10
pounds and max 20-30
pounds by Nov 1st. I am planning to join
gym for just 3 months from tomorrow(aug 1st). I have limited time everyday for myself, since both kids demand constant attention. I will be able to spend max 1 hr in
Gym everyday.
Someone please help me, how wisely I can utilize that time in
gym. What kind of exercise, how long each exercise and in what order do I need to workout at
gym which will help me to boost my
energy and lose more
calories to achieve the desire weight by nov 1st. I will be spending late afternoons at
gym almost all weekdays.
