If I am 5'5 and weigh 156 lbs, how many
calories should I eat each day to lose weight?
I used an online "calorie need calculator" and it said this...

so does that mean I need to eat 1,715
calories each day to lose weight? Does that seem right? I put on the calculator that my activity level was "light".
Any help would be great..
