Hii im only a teenager but i know i am around 10lbs over weight,,,im a vegetarian (although i eat SOME fish) and the only one in the house,,i have tried dieting before but often gave into temptation as many people in my family can eat loads and not put anything on,,so theres always chocolate and crisps in the house, i'm really fussy about fruit and if it has marks on i'm not likely to eat it, so usually i dont!
I feel to embarrassed to go out and run in case people would see me and laugh, although i know i need to do more exercise!
If anyone out there can help me then please reply as i need all the help i can get!

if you dont feel comfortable about running outside, walk. Buy a jump-rope and do it in the house. Do push-ups, sit-ups.
You should never be embarassed about who you are. |

To reduce my cravings I have a little everyday - say a couple of squares of chocolate or somthing
About the exercise, I usually run around fields where there aren't many people, if you live near to any you could try this. I also cycle everywhere rather than use the car/bus |
