I am new to the forum. I posted this question yesterday, but I can't find it now??

I was thinking of getting this program about weightloss and mindset. She is a nutritionist, NLP and subconscious mind expert, and the free MP3 was really good. I really am interested in purchasing this product, but I was wondering if anyone else had any experience with this, or success with it? I guess I could just try it and see, I have tried almost everything else, lol. I just was wanting some other opinions before I spend the money as I don't have a lot of extra to be spending, so I want to make sure I purchase the right thing.

I can't tell if you're for real or if you're just spamming the board with this link. If you're for real, then it's not necessary to post the link and ask the question a dozen times. If you want a response, I'd suggest giving it some time ... right now you do kinda look like a spammer. I'm not trying to be mean - I'm just telling you how you might be perceived.

I'm going to assume that you're for real and answer your question: Don't shell out money to some internet ad for weight loss. If you have a real problem with binging, then go see a doctor who can help you.

Read the stickies in the forums here to get a lot of good information on weight loss and feel free to ask questions - there are a lot of people here who are willing to help.

Thanks for your reply, and sorry for 'spaming?' I have not participated in a forum before. I know about being careful about buying on the internet, its just the mp3 was so good, and really helped me think of this issue, and even come here and post. I feel like she can help me. i am going to read more here, as I am finding it motivational also. The kick in the butt I need.
