I'm 5'6, and I'm trying to lose a few pounds. I'm 126 right now, and I'm trying to get down to 115. I'm a small frame so I know I wouldn't be underweight at 115. For some reason I'm having trouble losing right now. I'm working out and watching what I eat as much as I can. In fact I'm barely eating any food with fat in it. Yesterday I only had about 4-5 grams of fat, but I'm not really losing. Any idea how to get past this?
Well it varies really. Yesterday my calorie intake was low because it was a really busy day so I didn't eat a whole lot, but today I'll probably have about 1500.
