Rep Power: 0 | | | Getting frustrated, out of control Hey guys, I have not been a member too long, so sorry about venting to you. I just do not know what to do anymore. For almost years I was so good about sticking to a routine, and eating healthy, then bang the past couple months I seem to be spiraling downwards. To be honest I do not know what is causing it, but I have gained only a couple lbs, but the inches have crept back.
I do not honestly know why I am always hungry, and snacking. I seem to snack on whatever I see in front of me.
Help... How can I get back on track again. |

Rep Power: 2 | | Hello and welcome!
My first question has to be (and sorry if it seems to personal) has anything happened to you in the last couple of months to cause an emotional upheaveal? I say this because when I'm sad, nerveous or just bored I will want to eat. For a long time I didn't even notice it. If you think thats what it is , its best to identify where these feelings are coming from and address them.
Or it could be that you've started eating differently and your body is trying to make up for it in some way?
Whatever it is, don't get frustrated, find out what it is and address it. Remember your inspiration to lose weight and think about it postively, it will make losing the pounds much more fun |

I have the exact same problem as you do. It really sucks when eating gets so out of control that it becomes stressful Although I haven't gained much weight, I get so angry with myself and feel so helpless whenever I had to eat AGAIN soon after eating a full-size meal...-cues emo music-
Anyway! I find that drinking a big cup of tea helps keep me full for a couple of hours. Of course, this tactic is not perfect, but at least it helps me eat a less than I otherwise would have if I didn't drink anything! And doing high intensity exercises also helps distract me from hunger for a while.
Hope this at least help you get started! | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
