I forst noticed the Rice Diet in First Womens Magazine, however was a little skeptical. Then I found this site where yall commented on the diet. I then gave it a try on Monday and its almost been three days. When I weighed myself on Tuesday I NOTICED I LOST 6 LBS. WOW....It is hard but worth it!

Does anybody have a link or a scanner to scan the rice diet article that was in womans world i went to go buy the magazine yesterday and they are weekly magazines so the article wasn't in the magazine i bought and is there any other magazines this article has been in this month thanks guys!!!!

Wedding

Hi, I had to take a couple of days off because I was in a wedding, but I am fired up to start again tommorrow. Thats what is so great about this diet, even is you fall off the wagon you can get right back on and you still see fast results. I will post my next weightloss amount. Talk to you guys soon. Anyone else had anymore weightloss?

I have seen that you guys haven't been posting about the rice diet very often now. This weightloss is so quick it is worth it to stick with it. We should have a challenge or something. What do ya think?

okay... honestly here... how easy is it to stick to this diet? and do you have to strictly follow it to get a loss?

i want to start this... but im a student... i don't have any measuring facilities (woops) so would have to estimate... would i still get a loss?

secretlysize7, you are doing a fantastic job. You have convinced me that this can work. This is my third day on the Rice Diet. Not too bad. I've been hungry but I haven't cheated. I'm not as hungry today as I was yesterday. I feel like it will get better every day.

I know I have lost some weight. I can't weigh because I need a battery for my scale.

I even went to the gym yesterday. I feel really good about this.

Hey way to go amanda, im glad you took the plunge im now at 313 and still losing. I have cheeted a few times and im no longer feeling guilty about it, because i know that even when i cheat i am eating healthy still. so the key i think is to start and then find your own groove!!! i think i have done that now even when im (off)the diet i am still eating smart!!! so topinky you want to start well the best way to measure with out propper cups is to watch things like..... ok how can i do this? um for breakfast you want to have 1 cup of oatmeal so you get the instant oatmeal and one pouch is 1 cup.. and then you will know how much to put in your bowls for one cup in the future that seems like the easy way for me olso a small coffee cup tends to be 250 ml whitch is 1 cup then you go 1\2 exc... hope that helps you out a bit see you all soon keep ricein!!!! lol lol

I just did my weigh in. I've lost 6 pounds. YEAH!!!!

It was relatively painless too. Except for the gym.

Yesterday was my second day in a row. I did the stair elliptical for 20 minutes, 15 minutes on the treadmill and 3.5 laps.

I love the Rice Diet.
