hey all just wanted to stop in and let you know im doing well, and yes still losing. Slower now but hey thats ok with me. Im at 311 now and for those of you who know, that is a whole lot since i started last summer at 391. So im down now a total of 80 + lbs. So I want all of you to know that if you try you will succeed. No mater what life style you choose, just be persistent.

would this diet work well towards someone trying to lose their last 10 pounds? i feel like i wouldn't lose weight as fast as some of you guys since the last 10 pounds are so hard to lose, but if anyone has any experience having done this diet while they're at the end of their weight loss journey then let me know bc i can totally pull this off!

Now that I've read this whole thread and wrote things down (my printer is out of ink....drats). I am so ready to get on with this diet. This is so far the best and most user friendly diet I have ever come across.(I don't cook ) Who is still on this diet because we can all do this diet together. Let me know.

Well with much umming and arring i have finally decided to start the rice diet. Looking at the portion sizes i could have wept! However.. ive just had my breakfast of 1 peice of whole grain bread (with a thin bit of margarine... is that allowed?), 2 apples and a cup of whole grain cereal... (I hope ive done the right thing here. hehe) and i actually feel pretty full. Hopefully it will last right on until lunch where i have my cup of pasta (ive put cajun on it... is that allowed?) and an orange and an apple. Funnily enough im really excited about this.

Now all i got to do is drink loads of water at work and NO snacking.

Pinky! you are allowed the equivalent to 2 tbs fat per day according to the book. and any sodium free spice or herb you want in any amount!!! so go for it and enjoy.
