Hi guys, I'm really interested in this rice diet phenomenon...could someone give me a few examples, i know you've posted menus but im still not sure what starches and such are. I thought fruit was a starch...

fatt am not sure but i dont think you can do nuts but if you look you can replace the protien with 2 dairy and 1 fruit! i know it says once you hit your goal total loss then you can have nuts and stuff! i guess you could substitute to suite you the results just wont be as much as sticking to it exactly!
