Rep Power: 0 | | Also, would it be OK if you started a day on the diet before doing the detox day, but did the detox day the following day. I really want to start the diet today, but I forgot about it. I think, though, that from what I ate this morning I can do the diet starting on the 2nd day. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Thanks so much, redneckwoman! I guess I'll have to wait to start the diet since I had corn pops this morning. I wanted to start the diet, but I forgot by the time I had already eaten.
Also, if and when I start the diet can I expect to gain weight from the 1st day or lose already?? |
