This is sort of embarrassing, i tried to look through the threads for a post about this but here goes.
What do u do if uve already blown all your calories by lunchtime?

just try to get through the day hun w/o overindulging. We've all done it. Just eat when your hungry and only eat till content, not full.

All is NEVER lost. You can't change the past, only the future. Think about the way you drive. Do you drive staring in the rearview mirror? Of course not. All you can do is look forward. So thats what you do. You have the power to change the rest of your day.

don't beat your self up over one mistake. you are only human. try drinking alittle more water before your meal and that should fill you up so you don't eat as much. trust me i have been there and done that. and alot of people from this group told me drink water. and it really works.

Also, I don't know if this will help you, but in Weight Watchers, we can earn extra food points by exercising and gaining activity points. Meaning, work it off! Go for a walk, do a video, dance around the house!
