Am I the correct weight

I am a 27 year old male. I am 5'11" tall and currently weigh in between 12 stone 6 and 12 stone 9 depending on what I ate the day before.

Is this healthy, I seem to have a little love handle thing going on, I wanted to get down to 12 stone dead but would this be considered to thin. I eat quite healthy and try and cycle to work 2-3 days a week but I cannot seem to shift the last 6 pounds or so.

Advise would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Weight is too arbitrary a metric to worry about. Body composition is far more important. Are you happy with what you see in the mirror? If not, focus on losing fat and building muscle as those are the factors that are in our control.
