Mentally Tally Calories To Reduce Calorie Intake

A great way to reduce calorie intake on a daily basis is to just keep a mental tally of what you've eaten each day. Start at breakfast and don't stop until bed that night. If you practice this daily, it can really reduce your calorie intake as you are always conscious of what you're eating.
