Did your PCP recommend the meal replacement drinks, etc?
I always feel a little concerned with these weightloss methods, because they don't teach you how to maintain your weight once you start eating normally, again.
Whatever you decide, I wish you the very best with it.

Rep Power: 0 | | OK folks! I went to my PCP last week and I weighed in at 288lbs. Scary to me as this is only 12lbs away from the big (no punn intended) 300lbs mark.
On Thursday I will start my weightloss program. I will be drinking a weightloss chocolate shake from GNC and eating a high fiber Atkin's meal replacement bar for breakfast and lunch. I will then have a Weight Watcher's dinner prepared by my wife.
This should be a two week program to get me started and then I will be buying proven weightloss products from a network marketing company to follow up. I know these products work as a friend of mine lost 100lbs in six months and to date has lost a total of 125lbs. and stable for two years. I even lost 18lbs on the nine day weightloss program so I'm pretty excited I can actually DO this.
I'll keep you all informed on my progress, or lack there of. |
