When I start running everyday, I can barely keep going. My legs kill me & my lungs feel like they will explode. After a mile or even sometimes 2 miles, I'm OK. At that point I feel great. Its hard to remember back to when I was young & skinny but I don't remember having this problem. Maybe I did. I do not warm up at all before I start running. I never have, even when I was younger.
Anybody else with this problem? Maybe its not a problem
It happenes to me, just try a warm up. A good streach some sit ups and push ups can go a long way in reducing the amount of time needed before you get in rythem.
I do 5 minutes streaching, 20 sit ups, 3 minute wait, 20 push ups, 3 minute wait, 20 situps, then I go do cardio.
