Howdy folks,

This is the first time I have visited this forum mainly in search of some info. Anyway I thought I would tell you about myself. During the past 2 years I have gone from 278lbs all the way down to 185lbs and im about 5'7". Let me tell you its great and all and I totaly love it. How I accomplished this all began with me getting sick and being unable to eat for 2 weeks. I lost about 30 lbs then. The rest was all through my hard work. I would go to the gym 5 days a week and watch strictly what I would eat. Soon it all just fell off.

Now to my question, since I have lost so much weight so quickly I have notices that I have what looks like extra skin and stuff. Now what I want to find out is will that go away in time? Im 27 am I to old for that to happen?

Anyway im not sure if this is even the right place to be asking this but I thought I would give it a shot.

Congrats on your weight loss! The skin will gradually improve over time, but be patient because it won't happen overnight

there is acsually some skin creams that can help.. if your diligent at putting them on. I know that ones with seaweed help tighten skin... and I forget which vitasmin enriched ones do aswell. I suggest going to your local pharmacy and inquireing into a good skin cream to help.

Congrats on your weight loss!! Unfortunately, I'm cluelss about the extra skin....I've heard that some of the creams out there work though. GOOD LUCK!

Extra skin and "stuff?"

I may be heading for that problem as well but I'd rather not think about that at the moment.
