Is there anyone availible to be a buddy? I'm looking to lose about 17 lbs. mY SW was 139, CW is 127 and GW is 110. Anyone with similar goals? I really need the support and accountablity. Today I slipped and ate a frozen burrito. AND ADDED CHEESE ON TOP!! 400+ Ugh. I'd been doing so wel the past week and a half... one cave in and now I'm eyeing the leftover pizza i nthe fridge (from last night that I didn't eat ... I ate my slimfast meal bar instead) anyways, junk food is sounding so good and so easy right now... help!!

I have joined just yesterday,
Started at 110 Kgs OCt 05,Have reached 85 Kgs March 06,Very Frustrated as havent lost any weight since march.
Target weight 70Kgs so another 30 Lbs to go.A buddy will b welcome. |
