Rep Power: 0 | | I'm like you Ehinta. I"m also going for a lower than what that thing says goal. I figure if I over shoot my goal and I get down to say 130ish I'll still feel great. But if I set my goal for 130ish...I might only make it to 150ish lol.
I know that sounds silly. |

Rep Power: 12 | | | It says my ideal weight range is 146- 167. During my fit test they said my ideal weight would be 165 so this site's estimate is only 2 lbs above at the highest.

Rep Power: 20 | | Mine said my ideal weight was 114-127 (small frame, height 5'4"). Truthfully that sounds about right to me.
Previously I'd had a goal weight of 130, but last month I lowered it to 125.

Rep Power: 0 | | Huh. "Based on your height, your ideal weight range is between 124 and 138 pounds." Well, I guess that my goal is just right! Sweet. Guess that that means that my Super Mega Ultra Goal is just way too low. Based upon the assumption that I have a medium frame. Like, my fingers touch with some squeeze. But if I didn't have as much wrist fat they'd comfortably touch. Anyways. Woo! 124-138! Yay! |

Rep Power: 0 | | I dont think you need to know what you should be. Ive taken a rough estimate (12 and a half stone) for my ideal body weight, but the best thing to do is just keep dieting until YOU are satisfied with how you look. It doesnt matter what you SHOULD be. Im just going to diet until i cant see/feel any fat on myself. |

My thumb just barely overlapped my finger but I'm definitely not a small frame. So I chose a medium frame. My goal was around 135-140 so that's about right.
yay! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Wow, thanks for sharing this. I'm kind of depressed because I guess I have a large frame, but according to the site, my goal weight should be between 134 and 155 -- my goal is 135, so I feel good that I chose a healthy goal weight for my height and frame. At least I know my thinking is on the right track now. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Ideal weight is 118-132. My fingers overlapped when I squeezed, but when relaxed, they touched comfortably, so I chose medium frame. Guess my goal of 130 is a good start!!! I was always 127 and very happy with my body, but 130 seemed like a easier number to work with! | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
