Red face Ideal Weight Calculator - including body frame

I finally found the way to measure frame size and the ideal weight calculator that includes that. It is important because your bones have weight, and even if you're the same height as someone else you may be built differently.

I have a large frame, My thumb and finger are about an inch away from eachother when I put them around my wrist. According to this site (which is highly accurate) my ideal weight would be: 131 - 147. So my goal for 150 is really quite decent.. and once I reach it I may invest in loosing another 10-15 lbs.

This rocks! Finally what i have been looking for!

Thank you for posting this - I found a site two days ago that did the same thing, and I couldn't remember where it was

From the site for my height and frame it says:
Based on your height, your ideal weight range is between 149 and 170 pounds.

My goal is 155 so I'm right in there!
Yay!

It says I should be 115-129 -- so, my goal of 110 is a little lower. I'm not sure if I am 'small frame or medium frame' so, I chose medium...

To the left of where you put in your weight, it explains how to figure the bone size...

Put your right hand around your left wrist, if your index finger and thumb overlap, you're small boned, if they touch, you're medium and if they don't, you're large.

Roughly speaking

It says I should be between 137 and 155, so my goal weight is pretty much smack in the middle! Awesome!

This calculator confirmed my current goal. I originally used the BMI calculator and the memory of when I felt good about my weight.

apparently, my goal is a lil under what is ideal for me. It says I'm supposed to be 137 - 155. But everywhere else I've seen says I'm supposed to be lower than that. i dunno who to believe. o__o?!?!

THANKS FOR THE LINK!!

MINE SAYS I AM TO BE 115-129 BUT I WANNA BE 140-145. I THINK AS LONG AS I AM HEALTHY AT THAT WEIGHT AND LESS BODY FAT I WILL BE ALRIGHT. NO MATTER WHAT IT SAYS.

I have a medium frame: Based on your height, your ideal weight range is between 130 and 144 pounds. According to the information you have entered, your weight may be above your ideal weight range.

"May".. ahahah! Thanks for posting that, it gives me something to daydream about
