I need someone to help keep me accountable for what i am doing to myself. Ya know.. someone to check up on me all the time and slap me if I am into the ice cream or too much cheese. I am finding it difficult to keep on track lately.. and really would like someone I can contact anytime I am heading towards the fridge (either by phone.. messanger.. whatever) and get admonished or forbidden or encouraged to step away. I know i am only 14 lbs away from my belly button ring goal.. but its still so difficult to stay focused. So if anyone wants to adopt me for a little while.. till I get over this rough patch.. I am up for adoption!!  |

Rep Power: 0 | | | No ice cream yesterday. Just a tiny bit of chocolate on a frozen banana and 1 shot of tequila (I couldn't be rude and not shoot it with him when he bought it for me...) But I danced my butt off and did my normal 40 min walking too.
Ohh ohh. cal intake approx 1050 yesterday.
But I'm back at work today, and the ice cream is now present. So... I brought a watermelon to work in hopes of thwarting the ice cream's evil plans.
Thanks all.. I am tired of falling off the wagon!! |

No ice cream...
Did soooo well all week. Exercise.. proper diet.. low fat frozen jello istead of ice cream...
then yesterday was the last day of the foodfest...
and all hell broke loose.
I feel so sick right now I only wish I could throw up. 
I haven't had that many calories in one day since approx 11 months ago...
my body is so not happy.
