I currently weigh 112lbs and want to lose a few more to lose a little of that extra flab.
I stick to 1300 calories a day usually, and exercise in the evening doing about 20 minutes cardio, exercises to tone arms and ab crunches. But i'm not losing anything. I have been stuck at 112lbs for weeks now and its getting annoying.
The thing is that i eat most of the calories at night. I will eat a small breakfast and small lunch, then a large meal, desert and something again at about 8 at night. I really need to cut that out but i can't It's really frustrating. Any advice to how i can cut this out?
