I just found out that the whole wheat bread I've been eating all this time has high fructose corn syrup in it, but the label says it only has 2 grams of sugar per slice. I know that HFCS is bad for you but I don't know exactly what it does....And I read somewhere that if a product has HFCS in it but only has 2 grams of sugar, then it's not bad, but if thats not the case, what kind of bread should I be getting? PLEASE HELP! Thanks!
You should be eating whole wheat bread. Make sure it says whole wheat and not just wheat b/c wheat bread uses the no-no ingredients found in white bread.
