Hello to all.  I need a buddy committed to: - loosing fat, not just water.
- making a life style change
- physical activity
- keeping in touch
I have had 2 buddies, and it did not last more than 2 weeks. I know that we will come and go on this forum. Life happens to us, and losing weight aint easy. It's for this reason that I am not seeking a fad dieter, but a life style changer.
I don't diet-sometimes I make good food choices and sometimes I make bad ones. I am trying to make more good choices.
My hope is to find a buddy that I can share my successes and failures with. |
