yes errtu...i love that site as well...all the reports it give you...really informative...breaks down all the nutrional value you are getting...had to really buck up on my iron...didnt even know it.

When you enter your weight, goal weight and time frame it breaks down to how much you should be loosing per week to get there...i love all that stuff...so motivating!

Well i just joined up to on the website fit.com, and apparently i need to loose 0.908 kilos a week to get to my goal weight, but doesnt tell you how to go about it, o well hopfully someone will be able to help me, if you can please write it in my diary :O. thanks
