Helpful Exercise Guide

I found this yesterday:

Bodybuilding.com - #1 Exercises Guide - Over 300 Exercises!

It gives you all the best exercises for most of the muscles in your body. It is intended for weight training, but should help anyone here who wants to tone up a bit. Using this you could create your own work out log.

Good Luck

EazyE,
13 weeks til christmas. At two pounds a week, that's 7 weeks to lose a stone. Then 6 weeks to put on 6 lbs of muscle. 1lb a week of muscle is the fastest you can put on muscle (according to what I've read). It's doable, but difficult especially with Halloween and Thanksgiving to deal with. The best of Luck!!!!! Keep us posted.

I think it will take me more than 7 weeks to lose this stone, mathematicly i need 1000 calories a day to lose 2lb a week, i have between 200-500 more than that.
Also, could i not complete the goal faster if i did weight training and diet at the same time? Rather than losing the stone and then starting weight lifting?

P.S. We dont celebrate thanksgiving! Im English lol, and i might just not do anything fow halloween either.
