Rep Power: 0 | | | I'm afraid I don't have an explaination, but with me, I found that once I started eating a little junk here and there it was followed by even more cravings. Potato chips are a huge weakness for me too. Stay strong and fight it!!! You can do it girl, just keep reminding yourself how far you've come and don't let a few cravings stop you from achieving your goals!! |

Rep Power: 24 | | | If you find you are having a craving for something like potato chips or cookies, try to find some low fat, low calories options that you can have every once in a while. There are some new chips out on the market, but i can't remember by who, and they are supposedly okay for those of us who are watching what we eat. Also, try to find a recipie for some healthy chocolate chip cookies, and treat yourself every once in a while. If you don't have to cut them all completely out of your diet and your life, they may not be as tempting (we always want what we can't have). |

Rep Power: 7612 | | | Get Right Back On The Wagon! it happens to me too, i think i just get sick of eating healthy and have to give in. but it happens right before my period. im sure you know THOSE cravings are extremely strong. so you slipped up, you made a mistake, get right back into the program. if im craving crunchy salt i grab a rice cake, if im craving something sweet i grab a yogurt.
errtu, have you been bad? i missed the post lol.

Rep Power: 7598 | | | Ah!! I have a confession! I was just at my friend's house and they ordered Domino's, so I was like... well one piece of pizza is fine.. so I ate one. And then I was like.. hmm I haven't tried these Cinna Stix, so I tried a piece and it was soooooo gooood! So I ended up eating 4 sticks!!! AH! I hate cravings |

Rep Power: 24 | | | i can completely relate.... i knew i was going out for pizza with friends tonight, and so i was hoping to maybe order a salad, but they had already ordered pizza for all of us to share when i got there... and i had two pieces, and while i don't think it was that bad, who knows... it's a local place so no info out there on calories or whatnot... and then i just out of the blue ordered a soda instead of water... and when the waitress brought a refill, didn't bat an eye... i was having a tough day... i'm not going to beat myself up for it, but it really made me realize that i haven't totally gotten in the swing of this yet and need to really get myself going. |

Rep Power: 7598 | | | wow! thats a lot! Whenever I eat pizza, I usually go for thin crust.. less carbs, and less calories.. but that one I ate wasn't.. and it was all greasy and yummy. | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
