hi well thanks to everyone i have managed to go from 300 to 295 in about two weeks yay its slow i know but its something well thanks all
Thats not slow. And anyway, the start is the hardest. Once you settle into a pretty easy plan you can start to knock some cals off of that until you reach your limit, thats before you feel deprived and unhappy. You willlose weight quicker but its a good start anyway!
