Rep Power: 35326 | | Congratulations Mandie! I'm doing good this week too. I joined WW in the middle of August, and have lost 27 lbs since then. I love the program, because I can leave in the odd treat here and there
No tips I can think of yet, but if you have any questions, just ask! I belong online, so I'm on the message board there all the time, looking for advice and recipes.

Rep Power: 0 | | | Hi, I lost 55 pounds on WW a few years ago, tho I managed to gain it back (and then some) so I'm using the point system on my own and I'm hoping to get the support here.
Good luck, it does work.
Two words that have always helped me: Boca Burgers

Rep Power: 0 | | | Count me in. I had 18 points today. I think I can have like 22 to 29 right now, but I'm a late nighter so I leave points just in case I get hungry.

Rep Power: 35326 | | Hey Tina! Glad to see you join WW! I joined them in August, shortly after I joined this site. I've lost almost 30 lbs so far!
I currently get 22 points a day, which I always go over a little. I just went down from 24 once I passed the 175 lb mark.

Rep Power: 0 | | | points user Hi, i'm new to this forum but am going to try using weight watchers point system on my own and with support from here! I borrowed the points book and slider from a friend this summer, but so far haven't been able to stick with it. I need some help!! I have absolutely no willpower and addiction to high fat foods!!!

Rep Power: 0 | | Just made a new batch of mushrooms, good side dish with my boca burgers and I bought a new cereal with 8 grams of fiber for the morning. I haven't been to the gym in over a week, but I will get back after the holidays.
One thing bothering me is even though I have lost inches, I really haven't lost the pounds I feel I should. I guess I have to start walking more.
Hope everyone had a happy holiday.

Rep Power: 0 | | | had a good day Well, so far today i've done good, well maybe a little too good. I still have another 7 - 11 points to use up today. I was so busy I forgot to stop to eat - totally unusual for me! Anyways, I think I read that you have to eat a minimum of 20 points per day so now I guess I have to go find something healthy to eat even though I really don't feel like it. Well, that's not true, I could eat (always!), but it isn't the healthy food I want! My major downfall in life!! Anyways, hope all had a great day!

Rep Power: 0 | | | WW is a G-R-E-A-T program Just for everyone who hasn't tried weight watchers yet... DO it. Although I have fallen off the bandwagon (I gained 10 of the 15 lbs I lost), this program allowed me to eat as I pleased. I'm planning on starting the program again (22 points for me!) seeing that the holidays really screwed me over. I would recommend going to the meetings rather than registering for WW on the web. Going every week to get weighed acted as a motivator. I imagine if I was doing WW by the web I would cheat much more and use that infamous excuse "I'll just weigh myself next week".
Happy dieting!

Rep Power: 35326 | | I belong online, and do my own weigh in. I agree, most people need the motivator of having someone else "officially" do it for them, but for me, this works.
