Rep Power: 0 | | I've been doing weight watchers since the end on Jan, and i have dropped 46lbs so far!
i just love this program, cause it feels like a really healthy way to lose weight, and teaches you how to eat for the rest of your life.
The WW brand food sold in grocery stores is awesome. The ice cream bars are huge, and really good. The muffins, and snack cakes are also excellent. I also buy Lean Cuisine frozen meals every week for my lunches, and they have point values listed right on the box. The LC pizza is awesome, as well as the panini sandwiches.
I came across this website the other day which has a much bigger list of point values for restaurants if anyone is interested: Dotti's Weight Loss Zone - Restaurants A-Z, Weight Watcher and Nutritional Info
a great resource! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Agreeing with the thread above, if you dont eat, you wont loose the weight. Your body goes into starvation mode and holds on the the fat cells instead of burning them. If you eat too less calories, you wont see results. I see that you are about 154 lbs im about the same and im also on WW so your probly eating 25 points a day right? Thats not very many. 100 calorie packs are my best friend and also the WW smart ones, i always get my quota in for the day. and i you have a few left over...treat yourself with a WW treat. I love their ice cream bars, most are about 2 pts. per bar and they also have cups of ice cream. very yummy! I hope i was of some help to you ! |

Rep Power: 0 | | | The core plan worked for me! I ate a lot of chicken, veggies, fish... almost everything but not as much as I used to do. Eat what you like, but keep an eye on your points!

Rep Power: 0 | | | hey. well i do weight watchers and i do the flex. ive never considered the core simply because i dont know when to stop. also many thinigs that i eat are not on the core plan list and those 35 points you get extra are just not enough for me. if i follow through with the plan i usually almost lose 1-2 pounds a week. but then again everyone is different ive known people that have had same suuccess with the core as those people that do the flex

Rep Power: 0 | | | OMG!!! hOW COOL IT IS TO HAVE OTHER PEOPLE THAT DO WEIGHT WATCHERS. I AGREE WITH SURIATA. THE MEETING ARE A VITAL PART OF YOUR SUCCESS AS IVE FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY. BEING TYPICAL ME I THOUGH THAT SINCE I ALREADY KNEW WHAT I HAD TO DO COUNTING POINTS AND ALL THAT I COULD JUST DO IT WITHOUT THE MEETINGS. WELL NO. I HAD LOST 40 POUNDS BUT WHEN I STOPPED GOING TO THE MEETING THOSE POUNDS STARTED COMING RIGHT BACK. SO NOW IM NOT GOING TO MISS THOSE MEETING FOR NOTHING. THERE THE REASON AS TO WHY IM SUCCESSFUL. AND IF YOU ARENT DOING WEIGHT WATCHERS YET DOIT. IT IS A REALLY GOOD PROGRAM AND YOU CAN EAT ANYTHING YOU WANT WITH MODERATION OF COURSE. GOOD LUCK

Rep Power: 0 | | | Im so glad weight watchers is out there. It is such a great program. I like the fact that you arent restricted on what you can eat. And dont think of it as a diet, but as a lifestyle change. Just stick to your points if youre on the flex and to your core food list if youre ont he core. I prefer the flex because I just cant stop eating when I'm full. So actually writing everything keeps me accountable. I did weight watchers some time back and lost 40 lbs, but since I thought that I could do it on my own I stopped going to the meetings. Which was a huge mistake. Thats a vital part of it. You need the support. Dont ever give up. "NEVER GIVE UP SOMETHING YOU WANT MOST FOR SOMETHING YOU WANT AT THE MOMENT." Good luck to all of you.
