Rep Power: 0 | | | Looking for a little weight loss advice Hi. I am looking for some advice to lose the last 9 pounds. I have already lost 16 pounds through walking, high and low impact pilates and cutting out or minimizing things in my diet. I am looking for something to kick start a couple extra pounds during the holiday season and am wondering what others have found that works?
Any advice is welcome, thanks! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Welcome to the forum! I don't have any specific advice for you, but sometimes people find that changing things up in their diet and exercise plan helps break plateaus. What kinds of things are you eating? How many calories? What are you current stats? |

Rep Power: 0 | | Hi. Thanks for the tip! My current stats are:
30 years old.
Mommy of 2
5' 6"
134lbs (started 150lbs)
I started working out in September to lose some weight, my goal is 125, hopefully by the end of the year and I'd like to lose another 10 after that. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Calculating you at lightly active (light to moderate exercise 2-3 times a week), your BMR would be 1923.96. To create a caloric deficit for weight loss, you would cut that number by 500 calories a day, or by 20%. That would give you a daily caloric intake of about 1420-1540.
Eating below that number would result in initial weight loss, but ultimately hinder your progress in the long run. | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
