Wink weight loss can be achieved without diets and exercise

Have you ever wondered how come each diet expert give you different and often contradictory advice. The fact is that today there are innumerable “diets” (one by each expert) which all claims to be effective in reducing the weight. There is no consensus amongst the experts what the ideal diet to reduce weight should be. In fact even the recommendations regarding the benefits of fat, protein and carb are radically different for each diet. If fruits are the ideal diet in Harvey Diamond diet, it is almost prohibited in Atkins and South Beach diet. If Harvey Diamond diet prohibits animal products completely, these are highly recommended in Atkins and South Beach diet. If USDA diet recommends balanced food to be taken daily, Mediterranean diet divides the foods to daily, weekly and monthly routines. Even the most commonly held formula to reduce weight viz. reduce calorie intake and increase calorie burnout (by exercise) is not agreeable to all the experts as Harvey Diamond diet poses no restriction on calories.

There is also no consensus amongst the experts on the other aspect of loosing weight i.e. physical exercise. Some experts advise aerobics as the best method to loose weight as it increases ones heart beats and thus burns more calories. Other experts’ advice you against aerobics since it causes jerks in the body and may damage tissues. Another theory says that aerobics increases the breathing rate hence burns the calorie faster which results in high pangs of hunger (so you end up eating more calorie than you burn by workout). Therefore, many experts suggest anaerobic exercises (like Body building, lifting weights) which builds muscles thereby increases the metabolism rate of the body which leads to burning of more calories naturally without any workout. Some people advise games like Badminton, tennis, swimming, jogging, and running which burns more calories in less time. Yet, many experts totally disapprove any type of physical workout and believe that stretching exercises and yoga are the best method to maintain weight and make the body flexible and proportionate. In India, pranayam (breathing exercises) is also a very popular for weight reduction. Many experts advocate “meditation” as the best method for physical and mental health.

However, the reality is that all diets are effective (if you follow them with determination). I found after reading the concept of "Aatmic Science" that the common thread of all the dieting (and workout theories)is that all diets and exercise suggestion is that they all intends to achive three goals i.e. discipline of body, senses and mind. However, if you can get your fundamnetal right, you can follow the diet of your choice and nature and reduce your weight naturally.

I would have to say that the common thread is simply burning more calories than you take in. Without that, no weight loss can occur.

What's the point of this thread anyway?
