Rep Power: 9 | | | Gym closed Yea starting Wednesday my gym is closed a whole week. Should I go 2 times days and 2 tomorrow. Oh well one time is already done today. Im kinda scared once that week of being out of the gym I wont go back after it opens. And that I will get off my diet. What should I do? |

Rep Power: 217 | | find a way to exercise outside the gym - go for a walk -do some weight training at home (canned veggies make a good substitute for weights) Dance your butt off to the music -
basically don't sit and be a lump on the sofa watching tv, playing video games or movies and get up and do something |

Rep Power: 31 | | running burns a ton of calories. My fitday account says running cross country for 30 minutes burns 252 calories. That's cool. |
