Well Here I go agian...*SIGHS*

Mar.4/08 - 235.4
Mar.5/08 - 235.4
Mar.6/08 - 236.4 - No exercise and had a treat or two...
Mar.7/08 - 234.6
Mar.8/08 - 234.2
Mar.9/08 - 233.6
Mar.10/08 - no weight in - I worked all night
Mar.11/08 - 235 I had Mcdonalds last night and I didnt exercise yesturday - shame on me!!!
Mar.12/08 - 235...Damn Sodium - I had ham last night - lol - ok - I will try to drink tons of water today!!!

Yes I can - I work Monday mornings...Midnight till 8 typically and then that day I worked overtime and stayed up all day so no energy for exercise and Mcdonalds was a dumb fast tired mistake...Having no sleep - working all night and taking care of a toddler all day isnt easy - LOL...

04/03/08: 82.0kg/180.7lb - Whooo!! Although this was because I was at uni for ages and had lunch a bit later, but still. 10kg down, 10kg to go. Look at that!
05/03/08: 82.4kg/181.6lb

07/03/08: 82.2kg/181.2lb
08/03/08: 81.8kg/180.3lb
09/03/08: 81.5kg/179.7lb - First time in 170's.

Did a lot of exercise today, and I've also had a bit of food poisoning (first got it when I was doing my jog so that was fun..... )
