Rep Power: 422588 | | | Im gonna rejoin, I miss this thread...My weight flucuates alot due to the fact I work nights...I still however weight in every morning, ive just gotten use to my weird flucuations...Im also weighting myself with my clothes on, not naked anymore, lol.

Rep Power: 0 | | | Hop on Scale once a week I don't agree because if you are eating right, some days you just weigh more because of water retention - too much fiber, salty diet or whatever - You may become frustrated and eat more that day because you think dieting is not working. Dieting is a long process and it also takes a lot of patience.
