last week I was 125 for like a week.
but then I went on a field trip thing for like a week.
NOTHING but fastfood 3 times a day. everyday.
YUCK!!!!!!!!!! :'(
so i gained 5 pounds.
back to 130. I cant seem to budge from 130.
its making me depressed. everyday I have been 130, no difference.
and I have been working so hard! |

I have a tendency to not weigh myself. Denial is not helping me, so I am going to dust off my scale and start weighing myself every day. Maybe it will help me be more aware?

Rep Power: 0 | | | This sounds like it could help me. I need to start weighing myself everyday. I started my diet yesterday and according to the scale I lost 5 pounds, which I know those are early-diet pounds, but I am still happy about it.

what the heck? I am drinking tons of water, and eating 1500-1800 calories per day on the southbeach plan, working out...treadmill, swimming and doing yoga. I shouldnt be losing muscle, and that cant all be water,can it?
What am I losing... my soul?? I am confused
