Rep Power: 0 | | After last week's gain, I decided I would better hold myself accountable if I weighed myself everyday. (I expected some weight gain, because I was upping my calories on purpose, but I went overboard, and I have the FitDay food diary to prove it :'(. And the really bad days... I don't have a food diary, which further proves I knew I was overboard and didn't want to face it.)
05/04: 362.4
(Week gap, my previous standard weighing period)
05/11: 368.0!
05/12: 363.4
05/13: 359.2
05/14: 357.8
05/15: 355.6
05/16: 355.8
05/17: 356.6
05/18: 359.2 (Almost no movement in ze bowels since 14th :/)

Rep Power: 3 | | | Hi Cherry, Thank you for everything you said. Its good to know that I'm not the only one avoiding social situations. Its amazing when your doing so good how many people want to break you. My mother in law wont stop with the cake and my stepson just keeps bringing up my trigger foods. (Not going to mention them because they will probably trigger everyone else too) I dont keep those foods in the house and he keeps asking where they are. I keep telling him if he wants them he has to lock them in his truck. LOL. I have no willpower when it comes to _________.
Yes.. soon we will be like everyone else ... do you really think so? I am scared, I mean literally scared when it comes to this. Like an alcoholic. I'm sure its the same. One taste and I'm off to the races.
Anyone else like this. Like a serious food addict when it comes to some target foods? You just cant shut down!

yep, for me trigger foods are anything that is sweet or fried...which unfortunately is everything unhealthy under the sun...lol! i had a slice of cheesecake sometime ago which was my first treat meal in like 3 weeks and for 2 or 3 days after that i was CRAVING everything sweet (but didn't give in) so now i'll be having a treat meal only once every 2-3weeks untill i find i can control/reduce the cravings (hence avoiding ALL social situations to avoid temptation). Food is my drug, it's sooo scary but it's true, everyday is HARD but i'm glad i've gotten this far and hope to keep going till i'm where i want to be. WE CAN DO THIS!
