1. You have a goal of exercising so many days a week.
2. you have lost weight for so many weeks in a row.
3. Your quiting smoking

Things that will & are making your life better, whatever they are. When you start you can post every day & let us know how your doing. Then as time goes by & your keeping your streak going. You can post once a week, then once a month, and so on.
Example: I gave up Soda about year & a half ago. That would be something to post once a year.
My goal this year is to exercise 30 min. a day, 5 days a week. This is my first week. Today is Day 5, so I'll let ya know if I finished my last 30 min.
I've made it through my first week of exercise. I did my walking all 7 days even though my goal is every other day of exercise. Since I just started my goal this week to have 7 straight days.
