Streaking Club

Not what your thinking

If you have a streak going, or your starting something knew, let us know about it.

SOME IDEAS:

1. You have a goal of exercising so many days a week.
2. you have lost weight for so many weeks in a row.
3. Your quiting smoking
4. You want to watch less TV.
5. Spending time with your children.

Things that will & are making your life better, whatever they are. When you start you can post every day & let us know how your doing. Then as time goes by & your keeping your streak going. You can post once a week, then once a month, and so on.

Example: I gave up Soda about year & a half ago. That would be something to post once a year.

I'm trying to exercise a Minimum of every other day & not to miss 2 days in a row.

I have finished day five.

My goal this year is to exercise 30 min. a day, 5 days a week. This is my first week. Today is Day 5, so I'll let ya know if I finished my last 30 min.

I've made it through my first week of exercise. I did my walking all 7 days even though my goal is every other day of exercise. Since I just started my goal this week to have 7 straight days.

I have three streaks going.

1. Exercising every other day for two weeks. Actually I have walk / ran
14 days in a row. I will be taking a day off in the next couple of days.

2. I have been without sugar for two weeks.

3. I have lost weight two weeks in a row.
