Some years ago I joined Jenny Craig and I lost like 60lbs. The problem was that I got so bored of the food, and it didn't really teach me how to eat on my own so I ended up gaining the weight back plus more. Diets like Jenny Craig are just based off a calorie counting system, so if you can just count calories on your own, then its basically the same thing.
I'm not saying that those programs don't work, if it helps you, then great.

Free Diet Plans at SparkPeople and they will give you a calorie range that you should have, help set up your meal plans, or you can just use it to make your own meal plans, and its absolutely free. Plus they have loads more on that site that will help you lose weight. It's like the equivalent of e-diets but its free, and its absolutely just as good.
