Talking Small victories are so sweet!!

I've had great day! I had three small victories in a row!!

Tonight I went to the store hungry (BAD idea) But, I got in and out with out compulsivly buying anything to snack on... (Hooray!!!) I got home to my(wonderful) husband (graciously) making the family a pancake dinner! Ah the temptation! And he tries to talk me into cheating everytime. lol But I stood my ground and ate my lean cuisine mediterranean pasta -- it was soooo good! I'm completely full plus I just finished my water for the day!! I'm going to drink even more now...

Oh and I just remembered that all that shopping I did for two hours totally counts as my exercise! And I'd already done some ballet and crunches. So that's FOUR victories!!

I'm totally psyched about the day I've had! I can't wait to weigh in the morning. )))

Congrats! Sometimes I feel silly telling my friends or my husband about little things I did throughout the day that are a big deal to me!! But its the little things we do that ultimately effect the bigger things...right????!

Good luck with your future weight loss goals! Looks like your doin a good job so far!

oh, what part of Texas are you from? I’m from Awwusstin…lol! Texas is such a big state, but you know a Texan when you see one

Thanks! I'm usually soooo bad about it myself, that's why I was so proud when I actually had willpower!

London - I'm in northeast Texas - near Tyler. I'm not a native.. I grew up in Oklahoma and moved here when my hubby and I got married. I really like the area, though I'm pretty loyal to my home state in all the sports rivalries.

Thanks for the encouragment!
