work and weight loss

The employees in the company I work for decided at our Christmas party that we needed to have our own biggest loser competition. most of the company jumped on the band wagon so we elected leaders, broke into teams and got our game on! We are on week 2 and so far it is going great. We have a weigh in day a meeting day and a weekly challenge. Everybody is excited about it except for a few who decided not to join in. They try to bring the rest of us down by bringing donuts to work or making rude comments. They my find themselves stuffed in a closet soon if they don't stop! Anyways I am hoping that it all works out for as and doesn't become to much of a "competition" between co-workers. If anybody has some good challenge ideas please let me know. Thanks

you might want to suggest Free Diet Plans at SparkPeople to your company -it's a free site, and you could create your own challenges within them... a few companies i think have done this...

we have regular challenges here - you might want to check that forum for ideas...

and have fun with it - nice to see your company getting involved and booo on thenaysayers - they'll be sorry in the long run

Motivation is not something you find or lose, have or don't have. It is the product of how you see yourself in the world: active or passive, effective or ineffective, powerful or victimized, normal or pathological.
