Rep Power: 0 | | | Calorie Intake Q. Hey there,
Another random question...
I used the calculator online to get an idea of how much calories I should be taking in each day, and that came to 2000.
After tellying up heaps of stuff... I can't even count up to 500 Cal that I'm eating.
I must be counting it all wrong, but how do I calculate it all? |

Rep Power: 530014 | | Try using a site like FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal or Free Diet Plans at SparkPeople to do the adding.
its pretty darned easy to get to 2000, i would definatly not eat just 500 calories a day, you will send your body into starvation mode |

Rep Power: 0 | | | I agree. There is also a great book called food counts that you look the food up and it gives you the cal count.
What web site gives you the cal count? |

What web site gives you the cal count? | This is the most accurate online food database that I am aware of. I know many of the industry's top professionals use it. http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/ |

Also, start reading labels and keeping an accurate count of EVERYTHING that goes into your mouth. |
