Theres no 'Fast' way to really loose weight. Theres only one way to loose weight, eat less calories than you use. The average person uses 2000-2500 or so just being alive, plus any exercise. a fat person uses more. signup at fitday.com or something and track what you eat and what you use. There are plenty of Sticky threads under Newcomers threads that explain it better.

Fast is relative... I wouldn't call my progress fast... it's consistency that is what leads to results.. no magic, no tricks, just being consistent and the weight eventually comes off

When you think of weight loss, think of the tortoise and the hare story. The tortoise being a slow consistent and healthy diet, and the hare being a fad diet.

Who won?

This may sound a little strange, but it made me happy......

Last night after I took a shower, I was able to wrap the towel completely around my body..... It was AWESOME!!!!

He stopped off at McD's, then got some pizza, then had some cake and ice-cream for dessert, then he thought "I may as well have a slab of beer."

Damn, I want to be the hare now!

I'm bragging here about a friend on this forum. Up until two days ago, I was constanly hungry and I didn't feel engerized. It's as though my body was getting use to my routine and retaliating against it.

I talked to Trever10, about the ways I could revamp my food plan and trick my body. Needless to say, with his suggestions, I'm now no longer constantly hungry. Trev told me the best thing I could do was eat carbs before any major workout and it's worked impressively. I also eat every nintey minutes, just 50-90 calorie snacks and it's amazing how great I feel.

So thanks Trever10, this was me bragging on you, hon.

haha, I nearly jumped for joy[and out of the towel] when I realized I could do this with a normal sized towel. My hips are a lot bigger so doing it was like..YAY

My brag for today is that I have no interest or desire to drink soda. Even before I was kind of craving it when i didnt have it for days, but this time I am positive i dont need it, and when i drink it it tastes terrible. yay!

Reading everyone elses makes me smile, so here's mine:

My impossibly tight, not making it past the thigh-flab jeans are now wearable without the risk of splitting the seams!
