Rep Power: 14801 | | | Aw, shit. I think I'm going to cry. (Didn't I say that last time?) I returned this pair of gray Dockers last night because I knew I wouldn't wear them. They were the wrong color, sort of a gray-green. Well, I stupidly lost my receipt, so I had to exchange them. They were 14s, medium lenth. So I just said to hell with it and decided to go ahead and exchange them for some size 12s. This morning I decided to try on the new pants, just to see if I could get them over my butt, and voila, to my surprise I could get them all the way up and fastened. They're a bit snug, but I know in two more weeks they'll fit me the way they're supposed to. Hot damn! I am movin' right along. I know I will be in 10s by January 1st at this rate. I f-ing rule. |

Also, have you ever done a survey to see how many regular posters consider themselves republicans? I saw some mention of your political standing somewhere on the board (the post made me chuckle) and upon reading it I wondered how many other non-liberals there are lurking around the message board. (I work with this woman, whom I generally like, but we just cannot talk politics because I always end up shit-talking the Clintons and then she gets angry and defensive.) |

Rep Power: 357932 | | I think I'm probably in the minority
I've argued politics on various boards over the years and the only thing that causes me to get really irked -- is people who confuse republicans with the christian right... Huge difference..

Rep Power: 14801 | | | I'm going to brag some more. I bought a new bra today because my other bras aren't fitting me.
And, *drum roll*, I'm down to a 36C. Thank goodness for this. I went from a 40D (ew!) to a 36C. Hopefully I won't drop below a C, even as i lose more weight. Anyway, yessssss!
I also bought myself a cute sweater dress, which I intend to wear with black tights on Tuesday.
I can already tell this losing weight will not be good for my pockets because I'm already starting to freak out about clothes. |

I am officially a size 12. Oh my! Holy %$!@*!!!! I have tried on 12s from Dockers, The Gap, Banana Republic, Levi's, Target, and DKNY and I fit in all of them. I settled on some modestly priced jeans from Target. I will buy myself some wicked nice/expensive jeans when I reach goal.
I continue to rule! |

Rep Power: 14801 | | | Thanks, Mal. We have those places here, but I'm generally not in the mood to dig. Though now that I'm a smaller size, I might be willing to do that. (It sucks to walk into a store like that, head to the size 16s, and then find only 2 pair of really ugly pants in that section. Ya know?)
