Rep Power: 0 | | Question about vinegars I have been on Cohens for a week now - loving it. Just wondering if anyone knows exacltly what vinegars I can use. Can we use anything that is labeled vinegar or should I be wary of eg: Plum Vinegar and other flavoured varieties. I have been using Balsamic, Tarragon, and White wine this week but bit worried to use any more.
Also Gem Squash - weighed cooked? I am bit confussed about this, and I am taking the tact to "presume nothing" on the plan to avoid making uneducated mistakes, so if someone could fill me in on best way to prepare this vegetable I will me most greatful. (would ask my consultant but she is only in Mondays and Fridays)

Rep Power: 0 | | | Balsamic, Red & White Wine vinegar and Apple vinegar are, from memory, on the list. I was surprised to see Balsamic vinegar as I'm sure sugar is added during the making of it. |

Rep Power: 0 | | | My program says "vinegar - incl balsamic, apple cider, red and white wine vinegars", which kind of implies others are included as well!
In my program, it says "gem squash" but says all veges are to be weighed raw (or after defrosting if frozen)

Rep Power: 7 | | | Hi SnakesAlive...my plan says balsamic, apple cider, red and white wine vinegars. I've only ever used Balsamic and red wine vinegar prior to Cohens, so i'm happy with that.
As for Gem Squash, my plan says to weigh cooked as well, but seeing i don't like it, it's not a problem for me. I guess you would just cook up a heap of it, cut it into pieces, and then weigh it. Put the left overs in a container in the fridge for another meal...
Which clinic are you at. My consultant is only in on a Friday and Monday as well. I'm through Geelong.

Rep Power: 7 | | | My consultant is Kerri too!!!. I'm doing mine over the phone coz it's too far to drive (i'm in Western Suburbs), but seeing as Monday is a public holiday, i've got my next appt. with her next Friday.
Don't hesitate to ring the clinic if you have any questions or anything. Kerri told me that if i need anything or have any questions on the day's that she's not there, then to give them a call and one of the other girls can help out.
Keep up the good work.
