New To Cohen's

Hello everyone. I just paid today so I haven't received my referral for the blood work yet ( I live in Denver CO). I did alot of research on Cohen's and since I have been having alot of trouble losing the weight lately and the idea of balancing your hormones makes sence to me I decided to give it a try. I didn't find anything negative on the diet but I did find a message board (after I paid) where several women were talking about the diet and they all posted their diets on the message board and they were all the same. They say the blood work is a waste of money because everyone gets the same diet. Anyway, that kinda discouraged me and God knows I don't need any more of that. I guess I would just like some of you experienced Cohen'ers to reassure me that it is and individualized plan. Thanks to anyone who replies.

Talking

Hi Longing2Bthin,

welcome to the forum! Let me first tell you that Cohen's is the first program that has ever worked for me (and yes I've tried most other diets!) This is day 23 for me, and I'm down 9.1kg!!! Cohen's is a fantastic program, it is rapid fatloss without hunger, without cravings (they have finally disappeared for me!), without loose skin (gotta love HGH), improved muscle tone, heaps of energy, and believe it or not, your cellulite vanishes!!! (A friend of my mum's lost 45kgs on the program in 6 months, with NO loose skin, NO cellulite (and she's 53!), she glows with health, and she has maintained her loss for 6months by simply following guidelines)

Each program is different (I did plenty of research when I started too) and is personalised for YOU! It will balance your hormones and trigger HGH, and create a fabulous slim, toned you!!!

Do Not sabotage yourself and your weightloss by listening to other's negativities!!!! If you do not have complete faith in your program (and it's the same for any diet) you will find any excuse to cheat and fail because you'll believe it won't work for you anyway! Do no underestimate the power of the mind!

Allow yourself to be positive about the program, simply follow it and the weight will fly off in no time!

You will be thrilled about the program, I promise!

Any questions, let me know!

Have a great day!

Crystal

Thanks Crystal. That's great advice. I don't know what I'm worried about anyway, from all of the testimonials I've read it obviously works. I can't wait to get my referral for the blood work so I can get started. Thanks again!

Longing2bthin- I have compared many programs & have found they vary considerably, especially with crackers & fruit. There are negative forums & positive forums. In here you will get positive, helpful & valuable support. I have found my Cohen's journey has changed my life for the better in many ways. I have re-trained my body & my brain & cannot imagine ever being fat again. I have also found much-needed self-esteem & confidence. Follow your program, without any deviations, read it constantly to make sure you get it right & ask any questions you like, either in this thread or the "support" thread & we will all do our best to answer them. Cheers & "happy losing" Cate.

Hi crystal!! congrats on your superp weightloss!!! I am a newbie to this program. i was just introduced to this program by a friend. I have not joined yet. I wanted to do some reserch first before investing the money. it is quite expensive in my country...and since i am a student its going to take a large percentage off my savings. but...i am willing to make that sacrifice. i am sick and tired of being fat all my life and being the center of "fat jokes" during family gathering =( Anyways, did you experience any headaches when you started the program? becuz, some claim they do get it initially...is it true? another thing....will we get alot of saggy skin after losing alot of weight? did you experience any loose skin so far?
