Exclamation Encouragement

Hi all

I was on Cohens about 2 years ago and lost about 12 kilos. Slowly over the last 2 years the weight has been going back on to the point that Im nearly at my original weight.

Two weeks ago I decided enough was enough and put myself back on my cohens diet! I decided to write this post as encouragement for everyone out there who is contemplating starting again or has started and is struggling. Stick with it, the results are rewarding all over again....

I have lost nearly 5 kilos and 12cm off my body, my next measure up/weigh in is tomorrow and Im excited. I keep a spreadsheet on my computer with my start measurements and weight etc and update it as I go.

I havent religiously stuck to the diet but close enough!

Hi Sashie

Well done for starting again, it is a big step to just take that first leap and start, especially if the weight is slowly going on. I remember always saying "Oh I will start on monday, or tomorrow of after the long weekend" and when I got there it would never happen or there was another excuse.

So good on you for getting back on it again. And congratulation of the loss so far.

Keep up the good work and lots of skinny thoughts to you.

Hi Sashie

Fantastic, it is such a great feeling isn't it. I have a long way to go, but I am already feeling great, just with myself for sticking with it.

And the encouragement in here helps keep me going.

Good luck for your next week.
